CBA is designed to allow users to have quick and easy access to their data. To get started, navigate to the CBA site you will using. You can usually find the address in the "Welcome to CBA" email sent by Focus Solutions, Inc. Once you have reached the site, you will need to log in to begin working with CBA.
You will need a username and password to log in to CBA. If you did not receive a username and temporary password, please contact us. Use the link provided in your welcome email to navigate to CBA.
Enter your username and password, and click login.
If you would like your browser to remember your login information, check Remember me on this computer.
If you forgot your password, you can click I forgot my password to launch the Password Notification feature. If your email is on file, CBA will send you a new password.
Please change your temporary password upon logging in for the first time.
CBA's User Options page allows users to set display options and change their password.
