The Billing tab on the Coverage page allows users to check billing history, and displays an estimate for the current month's billing.
Please note that in order to view transactions, a user must have access to billing.
1. Navigate to the Coverage.
Locate the Coverage by navigating to the Unit it is associated with, or by using Search.
2. Click the Billing tab.
3. Review Billing information.
An estimate for the current month's bill will be displayed at the top of the Billing tab.
Click Show next to Transactions or Draft Transactions to display final transactions or draft transactions for the Coverage.
CBA includes several fields when displaying Transactions; see below for more information.
Version: refers to the type of Transaction. If your program is running receivables and payables, then Version 1 = Receivable and Version 2 = Payable.
Batch: indicates the number of the Batch in which the Transaction is included.
Begin and End: refer to the Billing Period.
Debit: indicates whether the Transaction is a charge or a credit. If Debit is True, the Transaction is a charge. If Debit is False, the Transaction is a credit.
