1. Create an Export List.
2. Click Work this List.
3. Select the type of List view.
Select an Individual or List view.
The List view displays a standard list with basic information about each object. The Individual view displays each object on the list's page. This view allows a user to view the multiple objects' pages in succession, as if they had navigated to each separately.
When working through a list using the Individual view, users can navigate using the following icons and fields:
Navigate to an item on the list by entering the item number in the field and clicking Go to item.
Move through the list by click the back and forward arrow icons.
