1. Navigate to the Unit that is currently associated with the Driver you would like to move.

 

a.pngLocate the Unit by navigating to the Contractor the Unit is associated with, or use Search.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Click the Move link on the right side of the Drivers view.

3. Select an effective date and Unit to move the Driver to.

Enter an effective date for the Driver move, and select whether to locate an existing Unit, or add a new Unit.

 

If you would like to move the Driver to an existing Unit, use the Search box to locate the Unit.  Click Select next to the Unit, and click Continue >>.

 

If you would like to move the Driver to a new Unit, click Add a new unit.  Enter the new Unit information and click Continue >>.

 

 

4. Select how the move will affect existing Coverages.

Review the list of Coverages (if any) that will be affected by the move, and choose the appropriate action.

If you are unsure which action to use, please contact an administrator, as an action may or may not affect billing and/or reporting.  Click the link below for more information.

Enter an effective date for the Coverage update(s), and click Continue >>.

 

 

5. Move the Driver.

Review the information you have added and click Finish >>.  

 

If you need to make corrections, click << previous step.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Review the Driver move.

You will be taken to the Driver page.  Please verify that the Driver was moved correctly.
